We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit registered in Virginia, serving the Washington DC metro area and beyond. Our goal is to empower underrepresented and low-income families with the same resources available to everyone else pursuing a college education.

Many disadvantaged students never get the chance to prepare for higher education. By partnering with schools to identify needs and delivering materials for free, we help make sure no student is held back by what they can't afford.
Nexus2Ed is run by two siblings who believe every student deserves the same shot at higher education — and decided to do something about it.
A student at Purdue University, Vinay founded Nexus2Ed to close the resource gap he saw students facing. He leads the organization and its school partnerships across Northern Virginia and beyond.
A student at The Madeira School, Varsha helps run Nexus2Ed by organizing fundraisers, reaching out for new partnerships, and coordinating local events to support local communities.
